Steps

  1. Set a date range.
  2. Review stage distribution charts and movement/velocity between stages.
  3. Filter by job or recruiter to spot bottlenecks.

Good to know

  • This reflects your organization's configured pipeline statuses — disabling a status in Settings changes what appears here going forward.

Common questions

  • Why don't I see a custom status I added? Confirm it's enabled in Settings → Pipeline Statuses.
  • Can I see pipeline health for just one job? Yes, filter by job to isolate its stage distribution and movement.
  • Does this report include rejected/dropped candidates? Yes, rejection and drop-off are part of the stage distribution so you can see where candidates fall out.
  • Can I compare two date ranges side by side? Run the report for each range separately and compare; a built-in side-by-side comparison view may not be available.
