By accessing or using Talynce AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Talynce AI.

Talynce AI is an AI-powered recruitment automation platform that provides candidate screening via WhatsApp and Email, resume parsing, and intelligent job-candidate matching services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding your use of the platform

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the service to discriminate against candidates
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Talynce AI. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your candidate data, resumes, or job descriptions. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process candidate data.

For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Talynce AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will immediately cease
• You may export your data within 30 days of termination
• We will delete your data after the export period unless legally required to retain it
• Any outstanding fees become immediately due
