How do screening credits work?
Each credit lets you contact one candidate via both WhatsApp AND Email. The credits never expire once purchased. You can buy credits in packages from your dashboard after subscribing to an ATS plan.
Do I need an ATS subscription to buy credits?
Yes, credits are used to contact candidates stored in your ATS database. You need an active ATS subscription to purchase and use screening credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You simply can't send new screening invites until you purchase more credits. Your existing data, ATS features, and any ongoing screening conversations continue to work normally.
Are AI searches limited?
No. All paid plans include unlimited AI match searches. Only your candidate database size is limited by plan - upgrade for more capacity.
Can I change plans at any time?
