AI recruiter for staffing agencies & hiring teams

An AI recruiter for the first round. Your team makes the hire.

Talynce reads every resume, ranks candidates against your job description, makes the screening calls and scores video interviews. Your recruiters spend their day with the candidates worth hiring — not sorting through the ones who aren't.

Your team makes every hiring decision

The first round is where recruiting time disappears

None of it is the part of the job that needs a recruiter. All of it happens before anyone talks to a candidate who could get the role.

Reading every resume to find the few that fit

Skills hide in header lines, get buried in project bullets, or are written five different ways. Keyword search misses good people and surfaces the wrong ones.

Chasing candidates for a five-minute screen

Notice period, current CTC, expected CTC, location. The same questions, dialled one candidate at a time and fitted around their working hours.

Interview notes nobody can compare

Two recruiters, two interviews, two sets of notes in two formats. By the time a hiring manager reads them, no one can say who was actually stronger.

Across the whole first round

One AI recruiter, from resume to shortlist

Each stage feeds the next, and every stage leaves something you can check.

Step 01 · Resume parsing

Reads every resume

Upload resumes one at a time or in bulk. Talynce pulls out contact details, experience and skills, then rates each skill from 1 to 10 on the evidence in the resume: whether it shows up in real project work, is used with ownership like built, led or designed, repeats across roles, is recent, and is tied to an outcome.

  • Bulk resume upload
  • Skills rated on evidence, not keywords
  • Search-ready candidate profiles

A skill listed once in a header no longer counts the same as one they led a project on.

Step 02 · AI Match

Ranks candidates against the job

Paste a job description or open a job. Talynce identifies the primary skills, secondary skills and experience range it needs, then ranks your candidates by how well they actually fit — with a plain-English reason on every result, such as “all primary skills, experience in range”.

  • Ranked by skills and experience
  • A reason on every match
  • Searches your database and talent pool

You start from a ranked shortlist you can explain, not a keyword hit list.

Step 03 · AI calling agent

Makes the screening calls

Choose a shortlist and a question script. The AI calling agent phones candidates in parallel, in natural Indian English, within the calling hours you set, and retries the ones who didn't pick up. Connected calls come back with a recording, a full transcript and a structured answer for each question. Add an expected answer to a question and each response is scored against it.

Hear a sample call
  • Parallel calls in your calling window
  • Automatic retries
  • Recording, transcript and answer per question

First-round phone screens happen without a recruiter on the line.

Step 04 · AI video interviews

Runs and scores video interviews

Send a candidate a link. Talynce asks questions tailored to the role — or to their own resume — records their spoken answers, and scores each answer against the same rubric with a written justification. Identity checks and integrity signals flag the interviews that deserve a closer look.

  • Questions from the job or the resume
  • Every answer scored, with a justification
  • Identity checks and integrity signals

Every candidate is judged on the same questions and the same standard.

From job opening to shortlist in four steps

No new tool to learn — it runs on the jobs and candidates already in Talynce.

  1. 1

    Add the job

Paste the JD or create the job. Talynce extracts the skills and experience it calls for.

  2. 2

    Get a ranked list

AI Match ranks your candidates and explains every ranking.

  3. 3

    Screen at scale

Send AI screening calls or video interviews to the candidates worth a conversation.

  4. 4

    Review and decide

Check scores, transcripts and recordings side by side, then move the right people forward.

Better, not just faster

AI that shows its working

Speed only helps if you can trust the shortlist. Talynce doesn't hand you a verdict — it hands you the evidence.

Reasons, not black-box scores

Matches say which skills and how much experience lined up. Interview answers carry a written justification. You can see why — and disagree.

Check the recording, not a summary

Connected AI screening calls are recorded and transcribed, so an answer can be checked against what the candidate actually said.

The AI never turns a candidate down

The calling agent is instructed never to tell a candidate they are unsuitable or rejected. Judging fit stays with your recruiters.

Hear it before candidates do

Place a test AI call to your own phone and hear exactly how the agent introduces itself and asks your questions — before a single candidate is called.

One standard for every candidate

The same questions and the same scoring rubric for everyone, instead of depending on who happened to take the call.

Integrity signals where it matters

Video interviews check identity and flag unusual activity, so a high score comes with a reason to trust it.

Questions about the AI recruiter

Anything else? Ask us.

What is an AI recruiter?

An AI recruiter handles the repetitive first round of hiring: reading resumes, matching candidates to a job, making screening calls and scoring interviews. In Talynce it works inside the same platform your team uses for candidates, jobs, clients and pipeline, so everything it produces lands where you already work.

Does the AI decide who gets hired?

No. Talynce ranks, screens and scores candidates, and shows you the reasoning, transcripts and recordings behind its results. Your recruiters decide who moves forward. The AI calling agent is also instructed never to tell a candidate they are unsuitable or rejected.

How is this different from keyword search?

Keyword search only checks whether a word appears. Talynce looks at how each skill was used — in a header line or in real project work, once or across roles, recently or years ago — and rates it on that evidence. Matching then weighs primary skills, secondary skills and experience range against the job.

What languages does the AI work in?

The AI calling agent speaks natural Indian English. Video interview answers are scored in English.

Can I try it before it contacts real candidates?

Yes. From any AI calling campaign you can place a test call to your own number and hear the full script end to end. You can also request a sample call on the AI calling agent page.

How much does it cost?

Talynce is free for 1 user with no credit card required, and paid plans add seats for growing teams. AI screening calls are billed in Talynce credits based on call length. See the pricing page for full details.

Can it work with the candidates I already have?

Yes. Upload resumes in bulk to build your candidate database and talent pool, or push candidates, jobs and clients in through the REST API on paid plans.
