Sign up and set up your organization
Create an account with your business email and finish first-time organization setup.
What it is
The signup flow creates your Talynce account and your organization ("org") — the workspace your team shares. Every job, candidate, and pipeline belongs to one organization.
Who can use it
Anyone without an account yet. The first person to sign up for an organization becomes its owner/admin.
Where to find it
- Sign up: Sign up
- Log in: Log in (email/password or Google)
- First-time organization setup: Set up organization (shown automatically after signup)

Steps
- Go to Sign up and register with your business email address (free consumer email domains are rejected).
- Verify your email if prompted.
- You're redirected to Set up organization — enter your organization name and complete the short setup form.
- You land on the dashboard as the org's first admin.
- Invite teammates from Administration → Users once you're in (see Users).
Good to know
- Signing up with an email domain that already has an organization may prompt you to join that org instead of creating a new one — check with your admin before creating a duplicate organization.
- Your organization's public careers page slug is set during/after setup and later shown read-only in Settings — plan the slug carefully, as changing it isn't self-serve. See Organization settings.
Common questions
- Can I use Gmail/Yahoo to sign up? No — a business email is required.
- Can I sign up with Google? Yes, Google sign-in is supported alongside email/password on Log in.
- I already have an account — why am I asked to set up an organization again? You likely followed a signup link rather than a login link, or your invite hasn't been accepted yet. Ask your admin to invite you from Administration → Users.
- How long does setup take? A few minutes — organization name and a couple of preferences.
