Detailed Job Description

·        Strong proficiency in Python for backend development, APIs, and data processing. Familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

·        Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL including query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, and schema design. Experience with ORMs such as SQLAlchemy or equivalent.

·        Practical experience building workflows powered by large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models). Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool use, and agent frameworks such as LangChain or similar.

·        Experience designing review queues, confidence scoring, and escalation logic that integrates human judgment into automated pipelines.

·        Working knowledge of financial concepts relevant to commercial real estate or capital markets, including valuations, lease terms, cash flows, portfolio reporting, or fund accounting.

·        Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools is a plus.

·        Ability to write clearly and speak directly with both technical and non-technical audiences. Comfort presenting technical trade-offs and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
