Key Responsibilities
· Configure, implement, enhance, or support Oracle HCM Cloud functionality within the candidate’s module or technical specialization.
· Gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into appropriate Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
· For technical roles, develop or maintain Fast Formulas, HDL loads, HCM Extracts, OTBI analyses, and BI Publisher reports as required.
· For functional roles, support module configuration, testing, issue resolution, documentation, and business-user coordination.
· For Security Lead roles, support HCM security design, role provisioning, access controls, and security-related issue resolution.
· Collaborate with project, business, and technical teams across the delivery lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
· 5–12 years of relevant experience, with practical hands-on experience in the specific Oracle HCM Cloud module or skill area.
· Ability to explain personal contributions to implementations, enhancements, integrations, reporting, or support activities.
· Availability to join immediately or within 30 days.
· Willingness to work from a Capgemini location in India, as applicable to the project.
