• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js for our omnichannel dialer platform.
• Integrate telephony APIs to enable outbound and inbound calling, SMS, and other communication channels.
• Design and implement IVR flows, call routing, and automation features.
• Optimize call handling, queuing, and agent management for high concurrency and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest telephony and communication technologies and incorporate best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience of 4-5 Years in the similar domain with a minimum of 1-2 years in dialer projects.
• Proven experience in backend development with Node.js.
• Strong understanding of telephony systems, APIs and SIP protocols.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing IVR systems and call routing logic.
• Familiarity with databases for storing call data, logs, and user information.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
