About the Role
We are looking for a recruitment-led HR Generalist to support end-to-end talent acquisition while managing key people operations and HR processes.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can identify the right talent, build structured hiring processes, maintain accurate HR documentation, and support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through exit.
The ideal candidate should bring strong ownership, attention to detail, communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and business units.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, social platforms, and direct outreach.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions and role briefs.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on experience, communication, cultural fit, ownership, and role readiness.
Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, offer processes, and joining follow-ups.
Maintain a structured and healthy candidate pipeline.
Onboarding, Documentation & Verification
Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documentation.
Maintain employee documents and records.
Manage background, reference, education, and employment verification processes.
Ensure completion of onboarding checklists and joining documentation.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Support attendance and leave management.
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee records.
Support probation, confirmation, exits, handovers, and employee communication.
Assist with basic grievance handling and internal people coordination.
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
HR Systems, Reporting & Process Building
Maintain recruitment trackers, HR dashboards, and employee records.
Prepare and maintain basic HR and recruitment reports.
Support the development of scalable HR processes, workflows, and operational formats.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in HR documentation.
Support HR policy implementation and people-related processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR or an equivalent HR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
4–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, and HR operations.
Experience in startup, growth-stage, founder-led, or multi-business environments is preferred.
Experience in recruitment-heavy HR roles will be an advantage.
