Salary Range: ₹12.5–17 LPA

ROLE SUMMARY

Design and build high-throughput backend services that process real-time event streams, integrate with external vendor APIs, and maintain data correlation at scale. The role supports systems handling thousands of events per second with strict latency and accuracy requirements.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS / THINGS TO VERIFY BEFORE SUBMISSION

·        Minimum 5+ Years of relevant backend/software development experience.

·        Strong hands-on Golang production experience.

·        Hands-on Apache Kafka experience with consumer groups, offset management and partition handling.

·        REST API development/integration experience with authentication, timeout, retry and failover.

·        Redis or equivalent caching experience, including TTL/invalidation/cache-aside concepts.

·        High-throughput concurrent/asynchronous programming experience.

·        Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

·        Unit and integration testing experience.

·        Git and CI/CD experience.

·        Real-time, event-driven or streaming backend experience is strongly preferred.

·        Candidate must be suitable for the stated Chennai or Pune Hybrid work arrangement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Real-Time Event Processing: Design and implement real-time event consumers processing high-volume data streams.

REST API Integrations: Build third-party REST API integrations using push/pull patterns, authentication and error handling.

Caching: Develop caching strategies to minimize external lookups and optimize throughput.

Event Correlation: Implement logic linking network events to subscriber identity.

Resilience: Implement retry, circuit-breaker and graceful degradation patterns.

Network Processing: Handle dual-stack IPv4 and IPv6 data processing.

Engineering: Write production-ready code and participate in design/code reviews.

Documentation: Produce technical documentation and operational runbooks.

·        10K+ events/sec production experience
