Key Responsibilities

Develop sophisticated algorithms for improved search and ranking in contact management.
Design and build highly scalable distributed backend systems.
Leverage the latest in LLM technology to enhance Alexa's voice interactions.
Collaborate across teams to solve complex technical challenges within the Alexa ecosystem.
Define product features, refine system architecture, and implement best practices for quality products.
Set up the architectural foundation for future product phases.
Write code, run tests, and iterate on designs; engage in code reviews and deployment monitoring.
Work closely with product partners to translate requirements into technical plans.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
Proficiency in at least one software programming language.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
