Job Description: Lead Integration
Location: Jaipur, Jagatpura
Experience: 15+ Years
Work Mode: 5.5 Days WFO(1st, 3rd and 5th Sat working)
Reporting To: Head of Technology
Experience
• 15–20 years in IT, with strong focus on banking integrations / enterprise integration
• Prior experience in BFSI domain is mandatory
Role Purpose:
Lead and drive end-to-end integration initiatives across core banking systems, fintech partners, and internal platforms. Own delivery, architecture alignment, and stakeholder coordination for all integration programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Own integration strategy and execution across APIs, middleware, and third-party systems
• Manage and guide integration team (developers, architects, vendors)
• Work closely with business, product, and partner teams to understand requirements and convert into scalable integration solutions
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of integrations
• Drive adoption of API-first architecture, microservices, and event-driven integration patterns
• Oversee API gateway / middleware platforms (like Apigee,OSB, etc.)
• Handle stakeholder communication – internal leadership, vendors, fintech partners
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security policies, and audit requirements
• Track delivery timelines, risks, and ensure on-time execution of integration projects
• Support production issues, escalations, and critical incident resolution
Required Skills & Expertise
• Strong experience in banking integrations – Core Banking, LOS/LMS, Payments, Third-party APIs
• Hands-on understanding of:
o API design & management (REST/JSON, SOAP)
o Middleware / ESB platforms (Apigee, MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, OSB, etc.)
o Microservices & event-driven architecture
• Good knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, API security)
• Experience in handling large-scale, high-volume transactional systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking
Leadership & Soft Skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage large programs
• Strong stakeholder management (business + tech + external partners)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, delivery-driven environment
Preferred
• Exposure to cloud-based integrations (AWS/Azure)
• Experience in digital banking / fintech ecosystem integrations
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
