Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform to drive business process automation and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design low-code solutions, and support implementation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:​

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.​
2. Conduct workshops to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.​
3. Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and solution designs.​
4. Work closely with Power Platform developers to design and implement:​ Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)​ Power Automate workflows​ Power BI dashboards and reports​ Power Virtual Agents (if applicable)​
5. Perform data analysis and support dashboard/report development.​
6. Define data models and integrations with SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems.​
7. Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.​
8. Document solution architecture, business processes, and training materials.​
9. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Technical & BA Skills​ Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).​ Experience in RPA or broader automation initiatives.​ Knowledge of Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.​ Experience with governance and environment management strategies.​ Basic understanding of DAX and data modeling in Power BI​ ​ Analytical & Domain Skills​ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual modelling abilities.​ Working knowledge of domain concepts in at least one industry (Insurance, BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, etc.).​ Exposure to process optimization, automation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.​
