We are looking for a skilled Application Specialist to support and enhance our UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Oracle HCM platforms. This role will focus on system configuration, integration, and support, ensuring workforce and HR systems effectivelymeet business needs.

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in UKG Pro (Kronos) Workforce Management

Strong expertise in time & attendance, scheduling, and absence management configuration

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations

Knowledge of APIs, data interfaces, and system integrations

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in enterprise/global environments

Certification in UKG Pro or related HR/WFM tools

Background in HR systems, payroll, or workforce operations

This is for Australian Time. So, the shifts will start around 5 am - 1pm
