Job Title: Senior Software Developer/ Team Lead (Dotnet Developer)
Experience : 6~9 years

Employment Type: Full-Time
looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer / Team Lead with strong expertise in .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and Microservices architecture. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while leading a team of developers and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Requirements: -
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core Web API, and MVC.
- Design and implement Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Work extensively with PostgreSQL, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 developers, ensuring code quality and timely project delivery.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices using JWT/OAuth.
- Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design, architecture, and implementation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and application defects.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.
- B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in .NET development, with strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core Web API and Microservices architecture.
- Good working experience with PostgreSQL, database design, and query optimization.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or other ORM frameworks.
- Proven experience in team handling, technical leadership, and mentoring developers.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JWT, OAuth, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with Azure services, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Good problem-solving, debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
