Power BI Developer
Experience: 0-3 years (Fresh Graduates are welcome)

About the Role
We are looking for a Power BI Developer who enjoys turning raw data into clear, actionable insights. You will work with business stakeholders and data engineering teams to build dashboards and reports that support decision making across the organization. This role suits someone early in their analytics career who is curious, learns quickly, and wants to grow with modern cloud data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective visualizations and KPIs
- Write DAX measures and calculated columns for business logic
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources
- Use Power Query for data cleaning, shaping, and transformation
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, testing, and reconciliation
- Publish reports to Power BI Service, manage workspaces, schedule refreshes
- Troubleshoot data issues and performance bottlenecks in reports
- Document report logic, data sources, and definitions
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to iterate on feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Power BI. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Solid knowledge of SQL: joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and aggregations
- Understanding of data modeling concepts such as fact and dimension tables and star schema
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous business questions
- Strong learnability: willingness to pick up new tools and domains quickly
- Good communication skills to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences
Good to Have
- Exposure to Databricks (notebooks, Delta tables, SQL warehouses) and connecting Power BI to Databricks
- Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Athena, or Glue
- Knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M)
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis
- Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data warehousing
- Experience with Git or version control
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
