• Requirement Gathering: Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for healthcare IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

• Business Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of existing healthcare processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.

• Solution Design Leadership: Provide leadership in designing IT solutions, including system workflows, user interfaces, and data integrations, to meet business needs and enhance operational effectiveness.

• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced SQL queries to analyze healthcare data (e.g., Claims, Member, Provider, Utilization Management), extract insights, and support decision-making processes.

• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project success.

• Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements.

• Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and end-users on new IT systems and applications implemented within the healthcare organization.

• Change Management: Lead change management processes by assessing impacts, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies.

• Client Relationship Management: Directly manage relationships with global clients in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors, developing consulting frameworks based on technical, business, communication, and regulatory requirements
