Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Programmer and Insurance Analytics Lead to design, develop, automate, and operationalize predictive model development pipelines for P&C Insurance. The role will focus on building reusable Python frameworks, feature engineering pipelines, MLOps solutions, automated model deployment, monitoring, and scalable analytics platforms supporting pricing, underwriting, claims, fraud, retention, and risk analytics.
The ideal candidate will bring strong insurance rater modernization expertise, including transforming legacy rating engines and integrating predictive models into pricing platforms. They should have advanced Python development skills, experience leading a team of 5+ professionals, and the ability to collaborate with Data Scientists, Actuaries, Cloud Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver modern, scalable insurance analytics solutions.
Lead ETL efforts across multiple teams and drive strategic initiatives to enhance ETL practices. Represent the ETL team in executive meetings. Develop long-term plans for ETL.
Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 9-12 years of experience in ETL or data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop advanced Python frameworks and automated ETL pipelines.
Build feature engineering pipelines and support predictive model deployment, monitoring and MLOps.
Modernize legacy insurance rating engines and integrate predictive models into pricing platforms.
Drive analytics initiatives across pricing, underwriting, claims, fraud detection and risk management.
Lead a team of 5+ professionals and collaborate with Data Scientists, Actuaries and Cloud Engineers.
Define ETL strategies, improve data management practices and engage with senior stakeholders.
