We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI, along with expertise in the following areas:
Strong programming experience in Python
Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Transformer architectures
Hands-on experience with GPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar open-source/commercial LLMs
Experience building GenAI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
Strong understanding of Agentic AI, including AI agents, tool calling, planning, reasoning, memory, and multi-agent workflows
Experience integrating AI agents with external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise services
Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and document-based Q&A
Experience in prompt engineering, prompt optimization, structured outputs, function/tool calling, and context management
Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks
Exposure to ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
Good understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering, and model optimization
Understanding of LLM evaluation, hallucination detection, response quality, and performance optimization
Exposure to AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar coding assistants
Experience with AI-assisted development and Vibe Coding practices
Ability to review, validate, optimize, and secure AI-generated code
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
