Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Net Full Stack Developer role based in Pune City. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end layers using .NET and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, implementing user interfaces, integrating APIs and services, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product managers, QA, and UX designers. The developer will participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, follow secure coding practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, preferably using .NET and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Experience in Full-Stack Development, working across client-side and server-side components.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, RESTful APIs, and application integration patterns.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated domains is an advantage.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Pune.
