About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business applications using Microsoft's Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and workflow automation, along with a strong understanding of business process optimization and application lifecycle management.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable low-code solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.

• Build and optimize business workflows using Power Automate.

• Develop scalable business solutions leveraging Dataverse, SharePoint, and MSSQL Server.

• Create responsive user interfaces and user-friendly business applications.

• Implement business rules, approval workflows, notifications, and automation processes.

Data Management & Integration

• Design and maintain data models using Dataverse and SharePoint.

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with MSSQL Server and other enterprise systems.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across applications.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Perform Unit Testing, Manual Testing, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing.

• Validate application functionality, workflows, integrations, and data accuracy.

• Identify and resolve defects and performance issues.

• Ensure application stability across releases and deployments.

Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

• Manage solution deployments across Development, UAT, and Production environments.

• Utilize Azure DevOps and Power Platform ALM practices.

• Create managed solutions and perform release validations.

• Maintain deployment documentation and version control processes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, SMEs, Product Owners, and Development Teams.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts.

• Provide technical guidance and best practices to project teams.

Automation & Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes.

• Design automated approval routing and notification systems.

• Improve operational efficiency through low-code and no-code solutions.

• Develop reusable components and automation frameworks.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications are preferred.
