Job Title: Java Spring Boot Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with strong backend development skills to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices-based architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend applications using Java and Spring Boot

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices

• Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

• Work on database design, queries, and performance tuning

• Ensure application security and data protection standards

• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC

• Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture

• Experience with REST API development

• Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)

• Experience with Hibernate/JPA

• Familiarity with Kafka / RabbitMQ (preferred)

• Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes (preferred)

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of design patterns and system design

• Good debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Banking/Financial domain (preferred)

• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

• Knowledge of API Gateway, Security (OAuth2, JWT)

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ownership mindset and proactive approach
