About the Role

We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer with 3–6 years of experience in building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, along with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user interfaces while leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and development speed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for scalable application development.

• Convert UI/UX designs from Figma or Adobe XD into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces.

• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve performance issues.

• Implement unit testing and support automated testing to ensure application quality.

• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and release activities.

• Manage source code using Git and contribute to CI/CD deployment pipelines.

• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Good understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.

• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, npm, or Yarn.

• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.

• Experience with Next.js is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or Mocha.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

AI Expectations

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.

• Utilize GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Figma AI, v0 by Vercel, and Playwright in day-to-day development.

• Leverage AI tools to generate reusable components, boilerplate code, documentation, and unit tests.

• Use AI-assisted design-to-code workflows to convert Figma designs into production-ready frontend code.

• Integrate AI-powered features and third-party AI APIs, such as chat interfaces, personalization, and recommendation systems.

• Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure security, accessibility, performance, maintainability, and coding standards.

• Promote responsible adoption of AI-assisted development practices within the engineering team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in Frontend Development.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.

• Passion for learning new technologies and adopting modern AI-driven development practices.
