About the Role
We are looking for experienced Senior ServiceNow Developers with 6–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience to join a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end ServiceNow development, coding, and deployment.
Design and maintain complex platform integrations.
Develop user-centric solutions using Service Portal and Workspace.
Handle multiple priorities while working independently.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and business teams.
Core Technical Requirements
6–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of Workflows, Data Models, APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and System Integrations.
Mandatory SecOps Experience
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps).
Experience with Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party security tools.
Strong understanding of security workflows, automation, and orchestration.
Ability to build scalable security solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Mandatory Certifications
CSA
CAD
CIS – Security Operations
Nice-to-Have Skills
Finance domain experience.
Exposure to AIOps and Agentic AI.
