Must

• Node.js / Express

• JavaScript

• CAP and BTP/BAIP

• SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model, Node.js) - primary development platform with model-first approach

• Unit & integration testing - writing and maintaining tests using frameworks like Jest or Vitest, covering component logic, async flows, and service integrations, TDD

• TypeScript

• Knowledge about Node.js event-loop, asynchronous execution, batch processing, DB transactions

• NPM ecosystem & dependency management - managing packages, versioning, and scripts in Node.js projects using package.json and lockfiles

• Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions - CI/CD pipeline setup and troubleshooting

• Agentic coding - Claude Code / Copilot, MCP & skill design, context engineering
