Job description
About Us
A Mumbai-based performance marketing agency with 14 years of experience growing brands across D2C/e-commerce, healthcare, education & edtech and trainers & coaches.
The Role
You'll own sales campaigns on Meta and Google, manage ₹10–50 lakhs in monthly ad spend, and be the client's go-to person for performance. This is a client-facing role.
What You'll Do
• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns across lead generation, sales and D2C, shopping and catalog, app installs, webinar registrations, traffic, and awareness objectives.
• Build full-funnel strategies with the right audiences, bidding, and optimisation events for each goal.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to generate hooks, ad copy, and reel scripts, and produce creative variations for testing in line with Meta Andromeda.
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, hooks, audiences, and landing pages; scale winners and catch creative fatigue early.
• Set up and maintain tracking with Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Nurture leads through CRM, WhatsApp, and email automation, and feed lead-quality data back into campaigns.
• Manage budgets daily to maximise ROAS and keep CPA and CPL in check.
• Work with the design team to improve landing page and lead form conversion rates.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights and next steps to clients.
• Track competitor ads and platform updates.
