Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Developer to support enterprise reporting, integrations, data conversion, and migration initiatives in a complex Workday environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs, along with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Build complex Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and custom reporting solutions.
- Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and web services.
- Configure and enhance Workday security, business processes, and tenant solutions.
- Integrate Workday with internal and third-party applications.
- Support Workday implementation, migration, deployment, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Perform data conversion, data validation, testing, and production cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting, integration, and data-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and recommend Workday development best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday development.
- Expertise in Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, and Calculated Fields.
- Experience developing integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
- Knowledge of Workday APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Workday security configuration and business processes.
- Experience supporting data conversion, migration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in complex enterprise Workday environments.
- Ability to lead technical development activities and recommend scalable solutions.
- Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple technical deliverables and support production environments.
