Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Automation Anywhere Developer with 4–7 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere, process automation, bot development, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere.

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Develop reusable, scalable, and efficient automation workflows.

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare technical documentation.

Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, web applications, and Excel.

Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Follow automation development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills

4–7 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.

Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere, preferably Automation 360.

Experience in bot development, debugging, exception handling, and scheduling.

Knowledge of Excel automation, database operations, and application integration.

Experience with REST APIs, SQL, web applications, and Windows-based applications.

Understanding of queues, credential management, reusable components, and bot deployment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills

Experience with enterprise-scale RPA implementations.

Knowledge of Control Room administration and bot lifecycle management.

Experience with version control, production support, and automation documentation.

Exposure to Agile development methodologies
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
