Role Overview As a Packaged App Development Manager, you will be part of the Technology for Operations (TFO) team, responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of system integration and digital automation initiatives. The role includes overseeing project scope, stakeholder management, financial tracking, and technology delivery from requirements to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale transformation projects across P2P, R2R, O2C, and FP&A processes.

Manage project delivery, scope, contracts, stakeholders, and financials.

Implement and manage F&A tools such as Tradeshift, Blackline, Cadency, and HighRadius.

Integrate automation tools with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and RPA solutions.

Coordinate with global teams across India, Europe, and North America.

Own the master project plan, track milestones, risks, and deliverables.

Lead client meetings, project status reviews, and sign-off processes.

Manage risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies effectively.

Required Skills

Strong Techno-Functional expertise in P2P, R2R, O2C, and FP&A domains.

Experience in digital automation, workflow design, and finance transformation programs.

Proven project and program management experience.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Experience leading virtual/global teams and resolving complex issues.

Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
