Job Summary

We are seeking a Telecom BSS Solution Architect with strong expertise in OSS/BSS architecture, Telecom BSS domains, and modern application design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Telecom CRM, Billing, Charging systems, Java-based microservices, TM Forum APIs, and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Telecom BSS solutions.

• Define target-state architecture aligned with business and technology objectives.

• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

• Design and govern integrations using APIs, microservices, and TM Forum standards.

• Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Provide technical leadership during implementation, migration, and transformation programs.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Telecom OSS/BSS architecture.

• Strong Telecom BSS domain expertise, including CRM, Billing, Charging, and Order Management.

• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Open-Source technologies.

• Strong knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Containerization, and Cloud platforms.

• Expertise in solution architecture, system design, and technology evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• TOGAF, Telecom, Agile, or Cloud certifications are a plus.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
