Location: Hyderabad, 5 days WFO
3-4 Technical round and candidate must come for F2F interview at Hyderabad office.
The role is with our Systems Data Center team, which is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the firm’s critical infrastructure, including data centers and machine rooms.
At a high level, this is a hands-on role that involves:
Racking, building, installing, and troubleshooting servers, storage, and networking equipment in the data center.
Following standard data center processes and maintaining high standards of cabling and labeling.
Updating DCIM and inventory management systems.
Working with global teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues.
Maintaining documentation in internal tools and supporting daily workflow priorities.
Providing on-call support, including during off-hours and weekends.
We are looking for candidates who are:
Graduates with at least 2–3 years of prior experience in operations within a data center environment.
Strong in hardware, software, electrical power, and peripheral equipment.
Familiar with cable and connector types, including fiber optic and twisted pairs.
Comfortable with Windows/Linux, Cisco IOS, and manufacturer-specific tools such as Dell iDRAC and Cisco CIMC.
Equipped with strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
