🔹 Role          :  Staff Engineer — Embedded Systems & Middleware

🔹 Skills        :  C | C++ | Rust (preferred) | Middleware Development

🔹 Experience :  6+ Years (Staff Engineer / Principal Engineer)

✅ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are specifically seeking engineers with strong hands-on experience in:

• Systems programming in C and C++ (modern standards — C++14/17/20)

• Middleware layer development — IPC, message brokers, protocol stacks

• Rust programming (good to have; aptitude to learn is acceptable)

• Embedded Linux / RTOS environments

• Automotive domain experience (AUTOSAR, CAN, Ethernet) — preferred but not mandatory
