About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy modern AI-powered applications and intelligent agents leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in React, Python, API integrations, and scalable application development. This role requires hands-on experience in building production-grade AI solutions, integrating backend services, and developing high-performance applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and business value.

What You'll Do:
- Design and develop modern, responsive, and high-performance React-based frontend applications for AI-powered solutions.
- Develop intelligent agent workflows and backend services using Python.
- Build and integrate AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineering teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Integrate applications with backend services using Node.js, Express, and RESTful APIs.
- Design and develop reusable frontend and backend components that improve scalability and maintainability.
- Ensure production readiness through comprehensive testing, debugging, and quality assurance practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Implement API integrations with enterprise platforms, cloud services, and third-party applications.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Monitor application health and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Support deployment, release management, and production support activities.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5-8 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.
- Strong expertise in React and modern frontend development frameworks.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python for backend application development.
- Experience building scalable web applications using modern software architecture principles.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Experience with Node.js and Express for backend service integration.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Experience working with Git and modern version control practices.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI concepts, and AI-powered application development.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile and fast-paced development environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
