Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Senior Developer / Team Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution development, customization, system configuration, enterprise integrations, and leading technical delivery, upgrades, and deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Core Development & Customization
- Design and implement data models using BMIDE to support complex business requirements.
- Develop and customize Active Workspace (AWC) to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Build custom server-side business logic and extensions using ITK development in C/C++.
- Develop and maintain Teamcenter customization solutions and integration frameworks.
System Configuration & Data Governance
- Configure and manage Teamcenter modules, including Workflows, ACLs, Organization, Classification, Structure Manager, Revision Rules, and Variant Rules.
- Maintain and optimize database schemas and system architecture.
- Ensure data integrity, security, governance, and system performance.
Enterprise Integration & Middleware
- Design and maintain enterprise integrations using AIG (Application Integration Gateway).
- Develop scalable APIs and microservices for enterprise integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable data exchange between systems.
DevOps & Technical Leadership
- Lead end-to-end Teamcenter upgrades, deployments, and go-live activities.
- Implement Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review practices.
- Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
- Guide developers, review technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of overall industry experience.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on PLM experience.
- Strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter development and customization.
- Hands-on experience with BMIDE, AWC, and ITK.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter configuration, workflows, ACLs, and data modeling.
- Experience with AIG, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

- Experience leading Teamcenter development projects and technical teams.
- Ability to manage complex technical challenges and enterprise-level implementations.
- Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
