Senior Architect + Team Lead who will act as the technical reference for the India-based development team and the primary technical liaison with the Spain-based team.

This role is critical to ensuring high technical quality and efficient delivery, combining leadership, strong communication skills, and hands-on capability when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical reference and mentor for the development team in India.

• Ensure best practices in software development, including security, performance, and scalability.

• Serve as the main technical point of contact between India and Spain, ensuring smooth collaboration.

• Translate functional requirements into clear and scalable technical solutions.

• Manage technical expectations, risks, and dependencies across teams.

• Supervise and ensure the quality of team deliverables

Technical Requirements

The candidate must have strong knowledge of the following technologies in order to guide and support the development team.

Mandatory Knowledge and Experience:

• Apache Kafka / Confluent Platform or Confluent Cloud

• Azure / AKS

• Java 21

• Microservices with Spring Boot

• Docker / Kubernetes

• REST APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures

• Experience integrating third-party systems and APIs

Nice to have:

• Apache Camel or similar integration framework

• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
