Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop (PAD). The candidate will be responsible for developing, automating, and deploying business applications and workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.

• Develop and automate business processes using Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop (PAD).

• Create and maintain Power Apps formulas using Power Fx and develop custom connectors for system integrations.

• Configure Power Automate triggers, actions, expressions, and error-handling mechanisms.

• Develop RPA solutions and UI automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop.

• Manage application lifecycle management (ALM), environments, solutions, and deployment pipelines.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and ensure solution quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall software development experience.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop.

• Strong knowledge of Power Fx, Power Apps formulas, and custom connectors.

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate triggers, actions, expressions, and error handling.

• Experience in RPA and UI automation using Power Automate Desktop.

• Understanding of ALM, Power Platform environments, solutions, and deployment pipelines.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
