Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Informatica MDM SaaS Sr Consultant with 6+ years of experience in Data Management and strong expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS (Cloud MDM on IDMC platform) to join our growing team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on experience in data mastering, business entity modeling, match & merge configuration, survivorship, REST API integrations, CDI/CDQ integrations, and solution design. The role also requires client-facing communication, technical leadership, and the ability to drive end-to-end MDM implementations in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Informatica MDM SaaS (Cloud MDM on IDMC) solutions based on business and client requirements.

· Design and configure Business Entities, Relationships, Hierarchies, Match/Merge Rules, Survivorship Rules, Trust Configuration, and Reference Data Management within the MDM Cloud platform.

· Architect and develop data ingestion pipelines using Cloud Data Integration (CDI) for batch and real-time integrations.

· Integrate MDM with external enterprise systems using REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and downstream publishing mechanisms.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, QA teams, and offshore/onshore teams to define and deliver scalable MDM solutions.

· Perform data analysis, profiling, cleansing, and validation to support MDM implementations and business rule definitions.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, performance, integration flows, and MDM configurations.

· Participate in solution design discussions and provide recommendations on best practices, governance, and implementation strategies.

· Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance during project execution.

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, mapping specifications, configuration documents, and deployment guides.

· Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and release activities.

Required Skills & Experience

· 6+ years of overall experience in Data Management with strong expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS / Cloud MDM on IDMC platform.

· Hands-on experience configuring Business Entities, Match Rules, Merge Strategies, Survivorship/Trust Rules, Hierarchies, and Reference Data in Cloud MDM.

· Strong understanding of Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform components.

· Experience with Cloud Data Integration (CDI), REST API integrations, and real-time/event-driven processing.

· Good understanding of Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) concepts and data validation processes.

· Strong expertise in SQL for data analysis, validation, and transformation.

· Solid understanding of data modeling, data governance, data stewardship, and MDM architecture principles.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently in client-facing roles and lead technical discussions.

Good to Have

· Experience with Customer 360 SaaS, Supplier 360 SaaS, Product 360 SaaS, or other domain-specific MDM solutions.

· Exposure to Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and API orchestration.

· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

· Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices using Git, Jenkins, or similar tools.

· Informatica MDM SaaS / IDMC certifications are a plus.

· Exposure to data governance and metadata management frameworks.

Education

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
