Role Overview

  • Maintain and update existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
  • Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve critical incidents efficiently.
  • Experience in coordinating responses during high-pressure situations to minimize impact.
  • Ability to analyze system failures and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders during incident resolution.
  • 15 years of full-time education is required.
