- Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to efficiently address and resolve critical incidents.
- Experience in coordinating responses during high-pressure situations to minimize impact.
- Ability to analyze system failures and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders during incident resolution.
- Educational qualification: 15 years of full-time education.
