Job Title: Implementation Consultant

Experience:3+yrs

Location: Hyderabad(5day WFO)

Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements and develop high-quality, maintainable configurations and code within the KloudGin platform.
Perform software testing and ensure customer-specific configurations meet business needs.
Debug customer issues and deliver robust, efficient solutions for complex functional and technical problems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and Support; maintain daily collaboration with onshore and offshore colleagues; and take full ownership of assigned deliverables.
Develop programs and scripts to build user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
Assist in diagnosing performance issues, troubleshooting integrations, and resolving offline/online data handling challenges.
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, product upgrades, and emerging technologies to continually enhance system capabilities and client value.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Field Services (FSM) and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) projects with technical expertise in Java/J2EE.
Experience in the utility industry, with a clear understanding of its business processes and operational needs.
Experience with EAM solutions such as IBM Maximo, Oracle Work & Asset Management (WAM), Oracle WACS, and FSM products like ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, Salesforce SFS, IFS, or KloudGin.
Practical experience configuring custom objects, layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflow rules.
Familiarity with MongoDB is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication (oral, written, and listening) abilities.
Experience working with version control systems and adherence to quality development standards and practices.
Nice to have: Experience in integrating third-party systems and solid knowledge of data modeling.
Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, B.E.) in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
