AEM Developer – 3+ Years

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.

• Strong experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-level AEM applications and websites.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining AEM-based web applications and digital experiences.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• Strong knowledge of AEM Sites and AEM architecture.

• Hands-on experience with AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs, and Sling Models.

• Strong knowledge of Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly).

• Experience in developing custom AEM components.

• Good understanding of AEM workflows, services, schedulers, and event handlers.

• Experience with AEM Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration with external systems.

• Experience with Git and build/deployment tools such as Maven.

• Understanding of Dispatcher configuration and caching.

• Good understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Angular.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

• Knowledge of Adobe Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Experience Platform.

• Knowledge of GraphQL and Headless AEM.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM-based websites and applications.

• Design and develop reusable AEM components, templates, and dialogs.

• Implement business requirements using AEM, Java, Sling Models, OSGi, and HTL.

• Integrate AEM with third-party systems and REST APIs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance problems.

• Work with UI/UX, QA, architects, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and follow coding and development standards.

• Support deployments, releases, and production issues.

• Optimize AEM applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
