Role and Responsibilities
• Strong Project Management experience
• Project Management certificates
• Strong experience in managing IAM/PAM projects
• Lead program planning activities including scope definition, work breakdown, resource planning, and milestone scheduling across all NHI workstreams.
• Establish and maintain program governance structures.
Should have managed cloud architecture (AWS, Azure) based projects in the past.
• Track and manage program dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder visibility.
• Coordinate delivery activities across technical teams (Architecture, Engineering, Automation) and with internal stakeholders (Security, Platform, Application Owners, Audit).
• Manage relationships and coodrianate with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Produce clear and accurate program status reports, executive updates, and milestone dashboards for CISO and senior leadership.
• Manage the program budget, tracking actuals against forecast and flagging variances.
• Facilitate program workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder working groups.
• Drive workstream accountability, maintaining clear ownership of deliverables and action items.
• Support change management activities, helping internal teams understand and adopt new NHI processes and tooling.
• Ensure program outcomes are documented and transitioned appropriately into BAU operations.
