🚀 Hiring: ServiceNow CMDB & ITOM Specialist
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB & ITOM Specialist to join our team and drive enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and CMDB governance.
Mandatory Skills: ITOM Discovery, CMDB, ITSM. It should reflect in CV if candidate has experience if not Profiles will not be considered.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Items, and Service Portal.
Architect and manage enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
Lead CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM implementation and governance.
Improve CMDB accuracy, CI lifecycle management, data quality, and service visibility.
Troubleshoot and optimize scripts, queries, workflows, integrations, and platform performance.
Establish development, integration, and CMDB best practices and governance standards.
Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
