Key Responsibilities & Mandatory Skills
Experience as a Business Analyst with the ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform.
Strong understanding of Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Issue Management.
Knowledge of risk, compliance, and audit processes.
Exposure to or experience with the Operational Resilience module.
Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflows, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
