Mandatory Skills & Responsibilities
SAP PP/QM Expertise: Minimum 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
End-to-End Implementation: Must have completed at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, with a strong understanding of the complete project lifecycle.
Demand Management: Strong functional knowledge of demand planning and demand management processes.
Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Hands-on experience with MRP processes and planning activities.
Manufacturing Processes: Strong understanding of Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) scenarios.
Production Orders: Experience handling Planned Orders and Production Orders.
Master Data Management: Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Routings, and Production Versions.
Discrete Manufacturing: Proven experience working with Discrete Manufacturing processes.
Preferred Skills
SAP Module Integration: Understanding of integration between SAP PP and MM, SD, WM, and FI/CO.
Warehouse Management (WM): Experience with SAP Warehouse Management processes.
Handling Unit Management (HUM): Knowledge or hands-on experience with Handling Unit Management is an advantage.
