• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.

• Design & develop high-performance, scalable microservices.

• Work on Telecom Core Network / Policy & Charging solutions.

• Build and manage Kafka event-streaming pipelines.

• Implement Redis caching & data solutions.

• Drive architecture, code quality, performance & technical excellence.

• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

✅ Must Have

✔ Strong hands-on Java & Spring Boot

✔ Expertise in Kafka, Redis & Microservices

✔ Strong Telecom Core Networking knowledge

✔ Hands-on understanding of 3G/4G/5G & 3GPP

✔ Experience with PCC / PCF / PCRF / Policy & Charging

✔ Team leadership & architectural experience
