Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Modern Workplace & Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in the Microsoft cloud and modern workplace ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Single Sign-On (SSO), and PowerShell scripting.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing modern workplace technologies, identity and access services, endpoint management, cloud desktop environments, and automation within an enterprise environment.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and enterprise workplace technologies.
Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
Configure and administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint/device management and compliance.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID including users, groups, access policies, authentication and identity-related services.
Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) for enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administrative tasks and automation.
Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, SSO and cloud workplace services.
Support user onboarding, access management and endpoint-related activities.
Implement and maintain appropriate security, compliance and access controls across the modern workplace environment.
Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues and maintain service availability.
Document configurat
4–9 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Modern Workplace, Cloud, Endpoint Management or Identity & Access Management.
Hands-on enterprise experience with the mandatory Microsoft technologies listed above.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in enterprise IT environments.
