Key Experience:

• 12+ years of PLM consulting experience.

• Strong High-Tech / Electronics industry background.

• Experience with product development processes including:

  • Part Management

  • BOM Management

  • Configuration Management

  • Change & Release Management

  • Supplier Collaboration

  • Quality & Compliance

  • CAD / Engineering Data Management

• Experience performing enterprise PLM assessments, operating model reviews, and transformation roadmaps.

• Ability to benchmark current-state processes against High-Tech industry best practices.

• Experience presenting recommendations to VP/CXO-level stakeholders.

• Strong business consulting and process transformation skills beyond tool implementation expertise.

• Exposure to PLM transformation programs involving 3DEXPERIENCE and CAD applications.

• Ability to perform capability assessments and fit-gap analysis against industry best practices.

This is more of a business process and operating model assessment than a tool implementation exercise. Therefore, strong functional and domain consulting capability will be critical.
