Key Responsibilities
● Lead UI/UX and Product Design initiatives from discovery and user research through final design
and delivery.
● Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and interaction patterns.
● Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
● Conduct user research and translate user/business requirements into effective design solutions.
● Design experiences for complex enterprise applications and digital products.
● Ensure designs follow accessibility and WCAG standards.
● Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other
cross-functional teams.
● Work with engineering teams and demonstrate an understanding of front-end development
concepts, including React.
● Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate design research, ideation, prototyping, content
generation, and design iteration.
● Contribute to continuous improvement of UX standards, processes, and design practices within
the UI/UX Center of Excellence.
● Present design concepts and effectively communicate design decisions to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
● 6–10 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
● Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product/UX design work.
● Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
● Strong experience in:
○ User research
○ Information architecture
○ Wireframing and prototyping
○ Design systems
○ Interaction design
○ Accessibility / WCAG
○ Enterprise UX/Product Design
● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
● Experience collaborating closely with engineering/development teams.
● Understanding of front-end development concepts, preferably React.
● Experience with AI-assisted design workflows.
AI / Emerging Technology Skills
Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and productivity tools is strongly preferred, such as:
● Cursor
● Claude
● GitHub Copilot
● Figma AI
● Similar AI-assisted design, research, prototyping, or development tools
The candidate should demonstrate an ability to incorporate AI into their existing design workflow to
improve speed, quality, ideation, and productivity
