We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Finance & Accounting processes to optimize workflows, improve compliance, and support automation initiatives across finance and procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
A. P2P Process Analysis, Invoice Lifecycle & Automation
Analyze Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, invoice processing, and accounts payable workflows.
Gather and document BRD/FRD, User Stories, SOPs, and process flows.
Collaborate with finance, procurement, AP, vendors, and technology teams.
Optimize invoice lifecycle processes including validation, approval, reconciliation, and payments.
Support OCR, E-Invoicing, Workflow Automation, RPA based process automation, Vendor Portals, and Touchless Processing initiatives.
Drive process optimization, SLA monitoring, compliance tracking, and workflow mapping using MS Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN tools.
B. Project Support
Support finance transformation and IT delivery initiatives across Finance, Procurement, and Shared Services domains.
Coordinate with finance, AP/AR, procurement, vendors, and technology teams(RPA/Automation Anywhere) for successful project execution.
Conduct gap analysis, as-is / to-be process modelling, feasibility studies, and solution assessments.
Assist in UAT planning, defect tracking, and validation of implemented solutions.
Technical & BA Skills
Strong experience in Finance BA activities, requirements gathering, process modelling, documentation, and validation.
Hands-on expertise in BRD/FRD, User Stories, SOPs, workflow design, and process documentation.
Good understanding of P2P, Invoice Lifecycle Management, Accounts Payable, and invoice automation initiatives.
Good understanding of RPA Lifecycle, Process Assessment & Qualification, PDD, SDD, BOT development lifecycle
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Agile methodologies, ERP systems, and workflow automation tools.
Experience in Automation Anywhere tool preferred.
Analytical & Finance Domain Skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual modelling skills.
Expertise in account reconciliation and financial transaction analysis.
Knowledge of GL, AP/AR, balance sheets, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, and ledger entries.
Exposure to financial controls, compliance, SLA tracking, audits, and finance process optimization.
Minimum Qualification: Graduation / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field.
