Position : Senior Engineer – Marketing Technology (Adobe Stack)
Experience : 6-10 years
Location : Jaipur (WFO- 5.5 Days)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior MarTech Engineer with strong expertise in the Adobe Marketing Technology stack to lead solution design, technical governance, and platform stability across all customer engagement channels. The role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Product, IT, Data, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant MarTech implementations.
This position is focused on solution ownership and governance, rather than pure campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
MarTech Solution Ownership
Own and manage Adobe MarTech platforms including:
Adobe Campaign (multi-channel campaign orchestration)
Adobe Analytics (customer behavior tracking and reporting)
Adobe Target (personalization and experimentation)
Design and maintain end-to-end MarTech solutions covering:
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Web and App personalization
Ensure stable operations across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
Governance & Compliance
Define and enforce MarTech governance frameworks, including:
Maker–checker processes
Access controls and role-based permissions
Change management and release discipline
Ensure compliance with:
Data privacy and consent requirements
Internal security and audit standards (BFSI/enterprise-ready)
Maintain SOPs, documentation, and audit trails.
Data & Integration
Oversee integrations between MarTech platforms and:
Core systems (CRM, customer master, transaction systems)
Digital platforms (website, mobile apps)
Data warehouses / analytics platforms
Ensure data accuracy, tracking consistency, and system reliability.
Campaign & Personalization Enablement
Provide technical oversight for:
Automated and trigger-based campaigns
Customer lifecycle journeys
Personalization and A/B testing
Act as final technical reviewer before production launches.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as technical SPOC for Marketing, Product, IT, Security, and external vendors.
Coordinate with Adobe and other MarTech vendors for support and escalations.
Mentor junior MarTech engineers and promote knowledge sharing.

Strong hands-on experience with:
Adobe Campaign
Adobe Analytics
Adobe Target
Good understanding of:
APIs and system integrations
Web and mobile event tracking
SQL for data validation and segmentation
Experience
6–10 years of experience in MarTech / Digital Engineering / Marketing Technology
Prior experience in enterprise or BFSI environments preferred
Experience managing production-grade systems with governance and controls
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
High ownership, attention to detail, and risk awareness
Good to Have
Exposure to AEM or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Experience with non-Adobe MarTech tools (Netcore, MoEngage, CleverTap, Insider, Optimizely)
Understanding of data privacy, consent management, and regulatory compliance
